Billing Policy

Nannup Medical Centre is a Mixed Billing Practice.Our fees will vary according to the type and length of the consultation that is required.

CONSULTATION FEES

• Standard fees: (15 min.) $65.00(Medicare rebate $41.40)
• Long Consultation: (30 Min.) $102.00 (Medicare rebate $79.70)

We will continue to Bulk Bill Patients that:

• Are under the age of 16 years.
• Have a valid government issued concession card.
• Are a DVA card holder.

A fee will apply to a procedure that requires a nurse and/or doctor depending on the procedure that is required.

Full payment must be made on the day of consultation/procedure.

If no Medicare Card is available, the full consultation payment will apply.

International visitors will need to pay the full consultation/procedure fee on the day and claim against their insurance company.

Cancellation Fee

A cancelation fee of $45.00 will apply if failure to attend an appointment, or insufficient notice (2hrs) prior to cancel of an appointment.
