Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day of request and will always be given priority. If more than one person from your family wishes to see the Doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.

If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.It is advisable to bring along any records or test results that you may have we are mix billing practise and consetional rates apply for pentioners/children under 16.

There may be a cancellation fee if we do not receive notice of your cancellation. We need 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment prior to midday or minimum of two hours notice for afternoon appointments.

If we receive late notice of your cancellation the fee may also apply. This enables us to reschedule the day for other patients.

Patients with a current Medicare card are bulk billed. Under some circumstances there may be some charges applicable such as for travel vaccine etc. Those who are requiring services that are not covered will be charged accordingly. Please speak to doctor or reception.

Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your doctor. If you require a special consideration certificate, please bring the necessary paperwork to your consultation.
